Dave’s (Dave Grant) Chili Bean and Spinach Dip;
1 pkg Knorr’s spinach dip mix – dry – Follow the instructions on the pkg
Sour cream and Mayo
Don’t add spinach
Chopped garlic and chopped green onions chopped fine
Small pkg feta cheese
1 pkg shredded 3 cheese blend chop it up
Whole can of water chestnuts.
Dave’s beans:
Mix together
Pkg old style linguica - Dave uses Wolfens a butcher in Gustine
1 ½ lbs. hamburger
Add to meat:
Diced garlic
1 bunch cilantro
1 yellow onion
1 jar mild jalapenos – drain and set aside juice from jar
Silva linguica – diced
2 cans fire roasted tomatoes
Cook
2 large cans pinto beans with juice
Add jalapeno juice
Cook until it boils
Add cube butter after it boils – ready to serve
